About the Creators

Erica Davis, Author: Erica Davis is a freelance editor, podcaster, and tarot reader. After leaving her doctoral program, she transitioned into coaching academic writers, editing fiction, apprenticing with a literary agency, and serving as Creative Executive at Book Pipeline. Tomás Hijo, Illustrator: Tomás Hijo is an illustrator and professor of illustration at the University of Salamanca in Spain. He has illustrated more than seventy books and authored ten, many focused on legends and folklore. Known for his printmaking technique, his work is held in private collections worldwide and has been exhibited across Europe and the United States. In 2015, he received the Best Artwork Award from the Tolkien Society for his work inspired by J. R. R. Tolkien.
