Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are refundable for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. For all other returns, original shipping charges are not refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us promptly so we can assist you. When contacting us about damage, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your financial institution to process the refund.
