Binding with Light is a journey of coming home to our own inner light and reclaiming our luminous selves by weaving with the magical bindrunes. The title is an invocation that carries sacred intentions—we work with the bindrunes, bringing together different runes and recognizing them as symbols of light; we also bind with light itself, using the light language designed into each card and page, grounding in shamanic frequencies to call back fragments of our own radiance, remembering ourselves as illumined beings of Light.

Bindrunes are combinations of ancient runic symbols, intentionally crafted by merging two or more runes into single, harmonious designs that carry profound meanings. For centuries, the ancient Norse used these on weapons, amulets, and household items for protection, power, and transformation. More than just alphabets, the runes are a sacred system of cosmology and were used in many spiritual and esoteric practices to explore body and energy consciousness. Here, they serve as gentle and nurturing guides, an ancient tradition of timeless wisdom, helping us to tap into our intuition, hear our voice of inner knowing, and bring self-revelation so we may embody the light that we are.
