About the Creators

Lissa Kennedy is a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide and the founder of Wasatch Forest Therapy, Utah's leader in forest bathing and nature connection practices for health and wellness. She is also the owner of Wildwood Forest School.

Roxanne Côté is a certified Nature and Forest Therapy guide and a partner in Association Francophone. She is also a social worker and psychotherapist who has run a private practice for more than a decade.
