Where are you located

Archaic Sanctum is based in Rochester, New York. We are an online-only shop and do not operate a retail storefront.

How can I contact customer support?

Is it safe to order from your website?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time we do not offer international shipping, but we may expand to additional countries in the future.

We currently collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within New York State. Orders shipped to other states are not charged sales tax at this time. Tax laws may change as our business grows, and we will update this policy if required.
